The Pandemic caused a massive drop in business volumes resulting in the cash flow erosion of the company .We established the D2C model where the company was directly able to supply the goods to the consumers. We had the right branding done to support the endeavour and made the new communication. They have now raised funding to fuel the next growth spurt.
